Submission of papers to the conference is carried out on-line by means of a specially designed My Account service (go to the on-line registration site).
The full text of the paper, issued in accordance with the requirements, together with additional documents, must be submitted by August 15, 2018. The text of the paper and other documents should be attached in the member’s personal cabinet.
To participate in the conference it is necessary to fill out the registration form by November 1 and pay the registration fee.
The authors of accepted papers should pay the registration fee before November 13, 2018. The registration fee needs to be paid only upon receipt of the official invitation letter, which will be sent to the corresponding author by email. Registration fee does not include visa support, travel expenses, accommodation and meals. Registration fee for non-IEEE members is 9750 rubles, for IEEE members is 6500 rubles and for IEEE student members is free of charge.
The registration fee includes the publication of one paper, plenary and technical sessions, program and coffee breaks. Registration fee does not include visa support, travel expenses, accommodation and meals. Accommodations and all additional services are to be paid by the participants. Bank account details will be specified individually to authors of accepted papers.
